Shipping, Returns, Etc.

Item Availability:

  • We sell out of items and will attempt to re-stock and ship as soon as possible.  When suppliers sell out or discontinue a particular item, we will find a comparable item to fulfill your order.  


  • We use exclusively UPS and USPS for shipping.
  • Shipping rates are determined by size/weight of package and delivery location.  We attempt to get you the best shipping price available and give you several delivery options. 
  • Shipping times vary as we often sell out of items in hand and we await more products to be delivered.  Anytime you have a question about your order status, please contact us!

Local Delivery/Meet-up:

  • If you are in the West Plains, Missouri area, we can meet up to deliver your item(s).  
  • School orders generally will be delivered through the school or team.
  • Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase. Contact us at to let us know to expect the returned item. When we receive the returned item, we will ship out the exchange or refund the money paid.
  • Your item(s) to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear) - send us pictures if possible.
  • If you have issues with your apparel after 14 days, contact us.  Returns after 14 days are handled on a case-by-case basis and not guaranteed.  
  • Returns are eligible for full refund to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
